5. PRODUCT RETURNS
The purpose of M creations is to satisfy you with every order.
That's why we give you the opportunity to return any product you want with an easy and fast refund process.
You can refund any or all of your order products within 14 days of delivery and request a replacement or - subject to refund - your money.
In case we have sent you the wrong product (and this is not due to your own typing error), we are obliged to send you the right product at no extra charge and if the product you want is unavailable, you will return the wrong item and we will refund you, including shipping costs.
In case the product is not exactly what you would like it to be - wrong number, different design than you had figured out etc. - you return it to us and we replace it with some other product. Also, if for any other reason you have regret for your order, you may, within 14 days of the delivery to request a product replacement or refund. In this case you will incur a cost of 6 € which will be deducted from the refund and shipping costs of the return and possible new shipment.
If the product you received is defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace it or, if this is not possible, refund. In this case shipping costs are borne by us. Potential defects do not include minor differences in the color, texture or shape of the products.
No changes are made to the lucky charms and other seasonal items.
In all cases, the product must be in good condition in its original packaging, unused and accompanied by the necessary documents (retail receipt or shipping note or change card).

6. SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS / ORDERS

The purpose of M creations is to satisfy you with every order. This is why we make sure we ship the products you order in 1 to 2 business days.
Place of Delivery
Our online shop M creations delivers its products all over Greece. Shipments are daily except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Prices
The prices listed on the M creations website m-jewels.gr are the final, ie VAT is included. Prices quoted do not include shipping and delivery costs.
Shipping and Delivery Costs within Greece

Shipping costs outside Greece
• Shipping Cost: Shipping is by post and the charge will be calculated depending on the country of dispatch.
Order Completion / Confirmation
Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation from M creations with the order quantity, cost and order number. Please make sure you have entered your email in the order form correctly.
Delivery time
Shipment usually takes place the next business day of order Delivery takes 1-2 business days from the date of order shipment, in cases where the pickup point is inaccessible (more than 20 km from ELTA Courier or island is 2 to 4 days). If a customer ordered product is unavailable, then M creations will contact him directly by email and / or telephone to inform him when his delivery is likely. If the customer considers that the delivery time of the product does not satisfy him, he may withdraw the order for that product.
Delivery method
The products are delivered exclusively through the courier company ELTA courier, at the place you have indicated during your order.
